
Our Story
Built as part of the Daniels & Fisher department store in 1910, it was the tallest building between the Mississippi River & the state of California at the time of construction (at a height of 325 feet).
In the heart of Denver, located atop the historic Daniels & Fisher building, you'll find The Clock Tower!
Our venue features 5 unique floors connected by staircases, 2 wrap-around balconies with breathtaking panoramic views of the city & surrounding mountains, and our iconic clock faces! And... the clock still ticks!! You'll receive all of this for your event!
Rental Fees:
Our fees vary depending on event type, day of the week, time of day, holidays, etc. See our ‘Events / Rates’ tab for a list of our rental fees. Off - season discount pricing available for dates from November 1st - May 1st. This excludes photoshoots, proposals, date nights, & elopement / ceremony only.
Rental Period:
Our event times vary depending on the type of event you are having. See our ‘Events / Rates’ page for a list of our time options.We do not offer discounts for less time used for our evening events.

Cleaning before & after your event
The freedom to work with your own vendors & purchase your own alcohol!
Liquor Policy:
You are free to bring in your own alcohol (no kegs), but it must be served by a licensed & insured caterer or bartender. Caterers will typically coordinate alcohol purchases with clients. If your caterer does not provide bar staff, we have a preferred vendor list we will give you upon booking. Please consult our venue house manager - if you need help arranging this additional service.
Parking:
Parking is available at off-street meters & nearby surface lots. Independence Plaza Parking, situated just across the street on 16th Street, provides easy access with an entrance off Curtis Street & an exit on Arapahoe - right in front of the tower. Rates typically start around $10, but may vary. For convenient parking, we recommend using parking apps like SpotHero.
Cancellations:
At this time, The Clock Tower has a no cancellation policy. Our deposits are non-refundable. However, we will try to work with you on rescheduling to a new date or another event all together depending on availability.
Children:
Due to certain architectural features of the space, our venue is not suitable for small children that are left unattended. Children must be supervised at all times. Submit an inquiry or call us at 720-634-1200 - for more information.
Stairs:
Please be aware that due to the large number of stairs required (5 flights), our venue may not be advisable for guests with disabilities.
